1. Introduction

I provide creative direction, product design, brand identity, visual design, motion design, AI-assisted creative production, and strategic design consulting. Each engagement is governed by a written agreement, proposal, statement of work, or project confirmation outlining the scope, timeline, deliverables, pricing, payment terms, and ownership or licensing rights.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all concepts, presentations, proposals, design processes, mockups, drafts, and unpublished work remain my intellectual property.

Ownership or licensing of final approved deliverables transfers only after full payment has been received and according to the terms specified in the project agreement.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any work displayed on this website without prior written permission.

I reserve the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio, presentations, social media, and promotional materials unless a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

4. Projects & Payment

Projects begin once a written agreement has been accepted and any required deposit or initial payment has been received.

Unless otherwise specified, deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve production time and project availability.

Invoices are payable according to the agreed payment schedule. Delayed payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, or suspension of project access until outstanding balances are settled.

5. Revisions & Scope

Each project includes the number of revision rounds specified in the proposal or agreement.

Requests outside the agreed project scope, additional revisions, new deliverables, or significant direction changes may require a revised timeline and additional fees.

Clear communication and timely feedback help maintain the agreed production schedule.

6. Delivery

Final deliverables are provided in the formats specified within the project agreement.

Source files, editable assets, development files, or production resources are included only if explicitly stated in writing.

Delivery timelines depend on project complexity, client responsiveness, and timely receipt of required content, approvals, and feedback.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

Any confidential business information shared during a project will be treated with discretion and will not be disclosed to third parties without permission, except where required by law.

Personal information submitted through this website or during project communication is used solely for business purposes and is handled responsibly.

8. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to deliver high-quality work and meet agreed timelines, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services, project delays caused by third parties, technical failures, platform limitations, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final deliverables before publication or production.
